Can you match my existing tile?
If you have spares, perfectly. If not, we look for the closest current match, or borrow tiles from a hidden spot such as inside a closet. Where no match exists, a deliberate accent row can look intentional.
Why do my tiles keep cracking in the same place?
Recurring cracks can involve backing movement, bond failure or another unresolved cause. We assess the pattern and supporting assembly before replacing tiles; a surface replacement alone may leave the cause in place.
How long before I can use the shower after regrouting?
The grout, sealant and any sealer each have product-specific cure and water-exposure requirements. We plan the work around those instructions and explain when the shower can be used again.
