Can I book loading or unloading help only?
Yes. Let us know the vehicle, item list, parking, stairs and date. We confirm the number of people and practical access requirements before scheduling.
Do you provide a moving truck or storage?
This service is moving assistance. A truck, transport, packing and storage are not automatically included. Describe what you need so we can explain the agreed scope before you book.
Can you disassemble and rebuild furniture?
Yes, for suitable pieces. Send the model or photos and tell us whether assembly instructions are available. Some items cannot be safely dismantled or moved without specialist handling.
Can you help with a same-week move?
Same-week appointments are available subject to the schedule, access and job size. Confirm availability before committing to a move date that depends on our help.
