Christmas Light Installation on Long Island
We design, install, maintain, and take down holiday lighting for Long Island homes: rooflines, trees, wreaths, and ground displays. Installation uses proper clips (never staples), outdoor-rated connections, and timers, and takedown in January includes labeled storage so next year starts organized.
Problems this solves
- Rooflines you have no business being on in December
- Half a strand dead by the second week
- Tangled storage bins and mystery extension cords
- GFCI outlets tripping in wet weather
- A display that never looks like the plan in your head
What’s included
- Roofline, gutter line, and peak lighting
- Tree and shrub wrapping
- Wreaths, garland, and entry decor
- Timers and weather-protected connections
- Mid-season repair visits
- January takedown and labeled storage
Signs you may need this
- The ladder conversation is happening again
- Your display has shrunk each year out of dread
- Lights stay up until March
- You want the neighborhood-standout house without the weekends
What affects scope and price
We do not publish flat prices because these factors genuinely change the work. The estimate itemizes them for your project.
- Roofline length and height
- Your lights versus commercial-grade supplied lights
- Tree count and size
- Install timing, since early November books first
Christmas Lights questions
When should I book holiday light installation?
By late October for the best dates. Installs run late October through early December; after Thanksgiving the calendar tightens fast. Takedowns are scheduled through January.
Can you use my existing lights?
Yes, if they are outdoor-rated and working; we test strands before going up the ladder. Commercial-grade LED options last longer and look more uniform, and we will quote both ways.
What if a section goes out mid-season?
Installation includes a mid-season service visit for outages and weather damage. Lights that fail because of our installation get fixed at no charge.
Need christmas lights done right?
